The Legend of Parshuram

Parshuram, is the sixth incarnation of Vishnu who is deeply revered in Hindu mythology as the fierce "Rama with an axe."

Born to the sage Jamadagni and his wife Renuka, Parshuram emerged during a time when Earth was drowning in injustice and unchecked power.

After King Kartavirya Arjuna killed his father over the celestial cow, Parshuram wiped out the corrupt Kshatriya rulers twenty-one times to restore balance.

Although he was an unmatched warrior, Parshuram was also deeply compassionate, showing kindness and respect to Brahmins, women, children, the elderly, and all who were vulnerable.

As one of the revered Chiranjivis, immortals destined to live across ages, Parshuram's influence goes far beyond his time.

He played important roles in epic stories like the Ramayana and Mahabharata, mentoring great heroes such as Bhishma, Drona, and Karna.

It is also said that Parshuram will come back at the end of Kali Yuga to guide Vishnu's final avatar, Kalki.
