Calendarr offers the option to sign in with your Google account so you can create, save, and manage your own events on the calendar.

Data collected via Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we collect the following information from your Google profile:

  • Name — to identify your account on Calendarr.
  • Email address — to associate your account and enable login.
  • Profile picture — to display in the site interface.

This data is used solely to identify your account and enable the features associated with login. We do not share this data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Personal event data

When you create events on Calendarr, we store the following information:

  • Event title
  • Start date and end date
  • Description (optional)
  • Category (Work, Personal, Birthday, Holiday, Other)
  • Repeat settings (does not repeat, weekly, monthly, yearly)

This data is stored so you can view and manage your personal events. It is used exclusively by the account holder and is not shared with third parties.

Legal basis

Your consent, given at the time of signing in with Google. For users in the European Union, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described in the "Your Rights" section below.

Retention and deletion

Your account data and personal events are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request the complete deletion of your data at any time through our contact page.
