  • Compliment Yourself (and Others) Without Mentioning Looks:
    Focus on qualities like kindness, creativity, or strength. This helps shift the value system away from appearance-based praise.
  • Educate Yourself on Diet Culture: Read articles, watch documentaries, or listen to podcasts that expose the harms of diet culture and offer healthier alternatives. Also educate others about the same.
